Confirmed clinic details

The Fall Clinic takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Crystal Creek Farm, 625 North Edmondson Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46219.

Youth session: ages 8–12, 9–11 a.m., $20 per person.
Adult session: ages 13+, 1–5 p.m., $30 per person.
Beginners welcome. Equipment provided; foam lightsabers used.
Sparring is optional. Wear athletic clothing and shoes. Bring water and snacks.
Waivers are signed on the day of the clinic.

These arrangements apply to this clinic. Its age groups, prices and equipment are separate from regular Academy classes.

Youth arrival guidance — draft

A parent or guardian stays for the youth session and signs the child’s waiver.

Registration and availability

The registration deadline is September 28, 2026. The exact closing time is still being confirmed. Youth and adult session capacities and the registration opening date have not yet been supplied.

Cancellations, refunds and changes

Cancellation and refund terms, released-place handling, and the process for event changes are awaiting Academy decisions. No refund eligibility, deadline or guarantee has been established.

Participants may discuss physical needs or limitations with staff. Specific accommodations and physical venue accessibility have not been confirmed here. Do not put medical details in website forms.
